Customer Service Apprentice and Fitness Trainer
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful business as a Customer Service Apprentice and Fitness Trainer. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join a dynamic fitness team as a Customer Service Apprentice and Fitness Trainer. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing personalised training programmes, educating clients on proper exercise techniques, and providing ongoing motivation and support.
Duties
- New client engagement
- Demonstrating our unique workout
- Delivering bespoke workout sessions to clients
- You will be happy to talk to enquirers about the services available
- Book trial sessions and deliver workout sessions for our clients
- Maintain standards, which will include cleaning
Desired Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or personal training is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to motivate clients through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client availability.
- Prior Fitness qualification is advantageous but not essential
