- Design Inclusive Learning Programmes: Create engagingmaterials that boost operational resilience for all critical roles.
- Align Content with Strategy: Ensure learning content meetsorganisational resilience goals and regulatory standards.
- TailorTraining Solutions: Adapt programmes for diverse learnergroups, focusing on role-specific resilience needs.
- ManageCompliance Training: Oversee mandatory and regulatorytraining, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- DriveContinuous Improvement: Measure and enhance the effectivenessof learning programmes through feedback and coaching.
- EngageStakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identifylearning needs and align with business objectives.
- Deliver EngagingTraining: Facilitate interactive sessions using variedmethodologies to ensure accessibility and effectiveness for alllearning styles.
About you:
- Expertise in FinancialRegulations: Deep understanding of financial servicesregulations, operational risk, and resilience, with the ability tocreate effective learning solutions.
- Strong CommunicationSkills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at alllevels with excellent communication.
- Project ManagementProficiency: Skilled in managing multiple training programmesand initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-DrivenImprovement: Ability to assess training effectiveness and usedata to enhance learning programmes.
- Extensive TrainingExperience: Significant experience in designing and deliveringtraining within regulated financial services, focusing onresilience and risk management.
- Compliance Management: Proventrack record in managing mandatory and regulatory trainingcompliance.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Solution-focused mindset,capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and workingboth independently and collaboratively.
