The Operations Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Training and Development
This role offers the opportunity to develop essential managerial skills, such as leadership, time management, and problem-solving, while working towards a Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3 qualification.
The training program includes Functional Skills in maths and English, providing a solid foundation for future career progression.
