What To Expect
The UK&IE Training Team is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for field teams across the UK and Ireland. This position plays a key role in accelerating sales growth by ensuring consistency in our sales processes, approach and techniques. The ideal candidate will help the wider Training Team to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement as well as act as a trusted coach and mentor.
We are looking for a strong communicator who is passionate about sales and helping others to develop their abilities. This candidate will be proficient in articulating complex concepts into easy-to-understand formats. In addition to excellent facilitation skills, the candidate should display a hands-on and solutions orientated. Being flexible in a fast-paced environment is key.
This role is based in Manchester.
What You'll Do
Create, deliver and report on virtual and in-person led training and onboarding sessions nationallyEmpower Sales field teams to drive individual and team sales performance leaning on tailored sales strategies and relevant sales techniquesFoster an engaging learning environment by applying various training strategies and adult learning practisesIdentify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologiesCollaborate with key stakeholders across the UK&IE to remain in-the-know of local and regional priorities Ensuring a feedback loop between leadership and field teams to enable continuous improvementConduct new joiner onboarding workshops
