The College is a major provider of Health & Social Care apprenticeships and is proud to be working with a range of leading employers across the North East and beyond, including nine NHS Trusts and many residential care establishments training some of the country’s most talented Apprentices. Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking to appoint able and well-qualified individuals with extensive experience of working or training in a range of Clinical or Health and Social Care settings.

Is this for you?

With good communication and people skills, you will be passionate about training individuals working in a range of Clinical or Health & Social Care settings. As well as being extremely knowledgeable and occupationally competent, you will also understand the quality and compliance aspects involved in such delivery. As well as holding or working towards a relevant teaching or assessing qualification, you will be capable of delivering excellent training both on and off-the-job.

The posts available are permanent full-time (37 hours per week) or on a part time basis. Starting salary will depend upon an individual’s level of experience and the role is predominantly home based, with travel to employers and occasional travel to the college campus in Consett. As a result, the use of your own transport, a current valid driving license and business insurance is essential.
