In this role you will be delivering high quality support to our busy recruitment team and supporting young people into employment. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and preferably of working with Apprentices, Employers or in recruitment. However, if you have:
- Excellent customer facing skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Work well in a team

The College offers full time support staff up to 44 days off per year (this includes 28 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and a period of operational closure at Christmas closure (which has been 8 days in recent years).
