Our Traineeships and Apprenticeships team are looking for an administrator to join them on a 60% basis. The role will be fixed term for 12 months in the first instance.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Traineeship and Apprenticeship hub team, ensuring the efficient onboarding of learners into Traineeships and Apprenticeships. You will need to be a confident IT user, as part of your role will involve maintaining accurate records and using digital systems to ensure that funding rules and compliance are met.

You will need to have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and you will need to be confident in managing your own workload.
