Salary: Lecturers Scale - up to £38,000 per annum

East Coast College is looking to recruit for a brand new position of a Technical Trainer in Engineering who will oversee the whole apprentice journey. This exciting new role will be pivotal in ensuring high quality teaching, learning and assessment for apprentices. The role will be part based in the classroom and part based with the apprentices in their workplace. The Technical Trainer will manage, train, assess and review a caseload of apprentices and see them through from their starting point to a successful end point in a timely manner.
