Royal Greenwich Commissioning are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to oversea and manage the Client Financial Affairs team, part of Personalised Care & Support and HAS Financial Services.

The right candidate will lead, develop, and manage the Client Financial Affairs Team (up to 20 staff) and be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff. Duties will also include rota management, ensuring work is allocated appropriately and completed to high quality standards; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across various teams.
We are looking for a strong candidate who will contribute to developing a flexible and effective Service Leadership and Management team focused on improving performance; attend strategic and operational meetings within the department, stay up to date with changes in law, policy and where appropriate, carry out visits to establish clients’ needs and costings from providers.
Among other duties, the right person will also work closely with Audit and Corporate Financial Services to ensure the transparency of HAS Financial Services and deal with complaints regarding the work of the team in line with the Council’s agreed procedures.
