We are looking for an inspirational and resilient Specialist Learning Coach to provide additional support for learners with special educational needs and difficulties.

The Role and You

As a Specialist Learning Coach, you will provide support for students with a range of special educational needs and difficulties to access the level 3 6th Form curriculum through a planned program of academic learning support and interventions. In addition, you will encourage the students to achieve their learning goals and help them to successfully progress to the next step of their educational journey.

You will establish a supportive relationship with learners, enabling effective delivery of responsibilities, including promoting and reinforcing students’ self-esteem.

A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction and utilise your knowledge and experience within the field to help each student achieve their full potential.

Please note this role is full time and term time only for 37 weeks a year.
