The City of Liverpool College are currently looking for a Skills Development Coach with a speciality of Electrical Installation. The role will support training, learning and assessment on a range high quality, electro-tech apprenticeship standards and the associated administrative irresponsibles.
This role is to join Liverpool’s leading provider of apprenticeships and to be able to assist in helping hundreds of people start their careers across a range of industries. Within our apprenticeship department the college supports students from Level 2 up to degree level apprenticeships.

As a Skills Development Coach you will be contracted to 35 hours per week which will include contact teaching time within a classroom/workshop and assessing time. You will also be required to travel to a range of employer premises.
Your responsibilities will be to inspire, motivate, coach and nurture future electricians in the industry. You will be required to support apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours in preparation for end point assessment.
