Job Description

We are looking to recruit an


Administrative Officer to join the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team. The focus of the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team is on delivering customer service excellence through the management and effective ownership of core academic and administratve support systems for Collaborative Partners, Schools and the Academic Partnership Office. You will provide administrative support and advice to staff (both professional and academic) on policies and procedures relating to collaborative partners within your remit. The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied academic environment supporting our collaborative partners. Successful candidates should have a good general education (A-Level standard or equivalent), keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service, along with strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively. Relevant previous experience supporting the provision of learning and teaching within the Higher Education sector would be advantageous. The post is in a shared office environment primarily at our Docklands campus and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible and cooperative manner. You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
