We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Product Development Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of qualifications, product assessment materials, and associated resources. All products developed should meet all necessary regulatory, organisational, and stakeholder requirements. This vital role significantly contributes to product lifecycle reviews and the management of the existing qualifications and assessment portfolio. In addition, you will provide essential advice and guidance related to product development to other teams.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain qualifications, assessment, and accreditation products in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Manage qualification and assessment development projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure regular developments are aligned with the planned product launch.
• Support and participate in qualifications and assessment reviews, including the process of retiring products when necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree education.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an Awarding Organisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• High level of organisational efficiency and detail-orientation.
Remuneration Package:
• Salary between £37,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
