We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College.
We are looking for motivated, learner- centered and outstanding MIS Officer – External returns and Apprenticeships.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for the apprentice post-enrolment controls, tracking and administration, so that apprentice data is accurately recorded in the college systems, in order to provide internal reporting and external data submissions.
This involves co-ordination between college MIS, Apprenticeship, Enrolment and finance teams.
You should have;
- A minimum 2 years’ experience administering a computerised transaction process, or aptitude to learn
- Experience of apprenticeship funding/audits, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of generating reports using IT / database systems
- Demonstrable experience of analysing and drawing inferences from large datasets
If you are educated to Degree level, or equivalent, and are proficient in the Microsoft package, you could be the person we are looking for.
