Who are we looking for?
Working with our friendly, professional and busy Management Information Services team, this role is pivotal in supporting effective and high quality operations of the learner records, central enrolments and exams data and operational functions of the Management Information Services team.
The Administrator will support the Head of Business Intelligence and Senior Business Intelligence Officer in ensuring delivery of service to the highest possible standards for all areas of the MIS department. This role will be primarily learner facing at the MIS Learner Hub providing support to learners, curriculum and other College Stakeholders.
Additional weeks over College holidays will also be available in addition to the 36 weeks plus 3 enrolment weeks.
