Job Description

The Embark Learning Care Academy strives to enhance educational opportunities for people to benefit themselves and others who they care for, we are able to do this by raising the aspirations of health and social care professionals, improve teaching and learning and provide them the best possible learning environment.

We are now recruiting qualified Trainers with strong health and social care background. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with a successful training provider offering generous rates of pay, CPD and flexible working.

The academy delivers a range of courses including:

  • Mandatory training (including practical First Aid including CPR and Moving & Handling)
  • CPD training (including Neurodiversity Awareness, Domestic Abuse & Violence and Menopause Awareness)
  • Clinical training (including Tracheostomy, Syringe Driver and Venepuncture)
  • People Moving & Handling – Train the Trainer courses

Across the West Midlands

Essential requirements:

  • Have your own car and a willingness to travel
  • A qualified healthcare professional with demonstrable experience
  • AET (Award in Education Training) or equivalent teaching qualification
