We are looking to recruit someone who isenthusiastic and knowledgeable with a strong Plumbing industrybackground to develop the plumbing and engineers of the future.The successful candidate will ideally hold ahigher-level professional qualification in Plumbing and have relevant industrial experience.
The candidate must be qualified to at least Level 3or qualified to the industry-recognised standardin a relevantfield, hold a post-16 teaching qualification and English and Maths qualifications at level 2, or be willing to achieve these within an agreed time frame. It is desirable that the candidate has experience of effective programme leadership in FE, and Apprenticeships and has a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice.
An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential. The hours of work will be flexible and may include evening and weekends according to demand.
