Job Description

Permanent – 33.3 hours per week

Here at North Hertfordshire College, we are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer in Health and Social Care to engage and inspire our students by bringing the subject to life.

Joining us as Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will deliver excellent teaching sessions to encourage our learners to succeed and progress within the subject of Health and Social Care. Using a variety of learning strategies to keep all students engaged, you will be responsible for the achievements of the learners on your course to help them achieve their goals.

About you:

  • Hold a degree and/or professional qualification in relevant subject area.
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
  • GCSEs A\*-C in Maths and English.
  • Teaching/lecturing experience and relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
