Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a full time Lecturer in CIPD. The successful candidate will be subject leader for CIPD, and will teach and lead on Level 3 and Level 5 courses.

Suitable candidates will hold a CIPD qualification at level 5 or above and have relevant industry experience.

You will either have a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification. Through the Taking Teaching Further programme, the College is able to recruit applicants with industry experience to retrain as FE teachers. The programme will provide funding for the cost of the teacher qualification and full mentor support, provided by the College.
