An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Lecturer within the School of Business, Computing, Public Services, Sport & Travel.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference to the lives and careers of our learners.
You will join a vibrant and high-performing team teaching across levels 1-4. Knowledge and understanding of Pearson BTEC NQF/RQF Business qualifications, exams and assessment, with the ability to teach a range of Business units, including Personal and Business Finance is desirable.
Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification or experience, although we are keen to hear from anyone with the required subject knowledge from industry. We offer a supportive culture and the potential to gain a teaching qualification is offered for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the successful progress of learners across all levels. You will be committed to providing engaging and interactive lessons, provide detailed assessment outcomes with effective target setting. You will be confident embedding the development of employability skills, English , Maths within all aspect of teaching and learning.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours a week working in our new, well-equipped facilities at our Barnfield College Campus, New Bedford Road, Luton.
