About the Role:
As part of this exciting project, we are now seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Full time or fractional) with expertise in Construction Project Management to contribute to the teaching of the Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Construction Management courses and apprenticeships. We are interested in candidates with experience of undergraduate and post-graduate course development and experience of face to face and blended learning, work-based learning, and degree apprenticeship delivery. The post holder will play a vital role in the development and delivery of a new suite of industry-ready degrees, distance learning, and short courses as we welcome our first students, both on and off campus, in September 2022. You will develop relationships with industry and use these to support curriculum development.

With a degree plus PhD or Professional Doctorate, you’ll have extensive industrial experience of construction and the built environment. You’ll be a team player with a proven track record in course design, teaching and industrial application. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, working independently with minimum supervision and liaising closely with senior colleagues from our partners and key stakeholders.
