Permanent - 28.8 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Annual Leave: 42 days per annum plus bank and public holidays pro rata
Salary: Actual salary £21,644 - £27,498.70 (based on FTE £27,055 to £34,373.38) plus up to £4,000 Market Allowance per annum, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Hertford Regional College is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our English team as a lecturer in GCSE English Language. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic English lecturer with attributes that are aligned to our TEAMHRC Values and Behaviours.
An opportunity has arisen for a lecturer to join our team who has a passion for working with 16-19-year olds and is committed to providing the highest standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and pastoral support. We are looking for an individual who is solution-focused and ready to embrace blended learning to support our learners in an ever-changing world. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work pro-actively to secure constant quality improvement to help our learners achieve the highest standards.
