0.5 FTE (18.5 hours per week)

Based at the Brighton Metropolitan Campus, Pelham Street

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to deliver education and training to a range of professional CIPD and professional business adult students wishing to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills relating to the HR sector and to business leadership and management.

The role will be for 12 hours teaching a week

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Planning and delivering CIPD
  • Marking and grading of student assessments and Internal Quality Assurance.
  • Motivating students to excel on their course

Ideal candidates will be

  • Significantly experienced in working in HR and a leadership & Management environment
  • Significant knowledge of CIPD courses, In addition, experience of delivering ILM qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification and membership.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Have a teaching qualification or willing to work towards it

You must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners as you will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students.

You will be well organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude.
