We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and dedicated individual to join Berkshire College of Agriculture as a Learning Support Assistant in our Outdoor Education and Sports Department.

Learning Support Assistant - Outdoor Education and Sport
(Full-time, Term Time Working, Fixed Term until June 2023)
Salary will be a pro rata of £18,579 - £19,367 per annum for term time working.
This is a great opportunity to offer in-class and, in some instances, out of class support to learners with a range of learning needs. Working alongside specialist tutors and vocational lecturing staff, you will provide an outstanding learning experience for our students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
You will have knowledge and awareness of a variety of approaches to supporting learners. Experience of similar work with post-16 learners and/or supporting students with GCSE Maths & English would be useful. You will have a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, be flexible in your approach to working with different students and staff, be willing to give new challenges a go and seek personal development. It would also be preferable if you would also have a background or interest in outdoor and adventurous activities, and or sport.
