Job Description
Central Support Service are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with adult learners.
The role will involve working closely with teaching staff to support learners who require additional learning support in the classroom to ensure they are able to achieve and progress. The post holder will establish constructive relationships with the learners, monitor progress and provide feedback to promote independence and achievement.
The successful candidate will have experience of assessing the learning needs and supporting/working with adults in a learning environment. Experience of supporting learners with English, maths and/or ESOL support needs would be an advantage.
Level 2 English and Maths are essential for this post and evidence of qualifications will be required prior to interview.
