Job Description
Training the next generation of plumbers and electricians isn't just about giving them the right technical skills. It's also about developing their self-confidence and doing everything we can to make their learning journeys as straightforward, enjoyable and successful as possible.
And that's why your role as Learning Support Administrator is so important.
As a key point of contact for our apprentices, you will use your communication and organisational skills to track their progress, maintain accurate records and guide them in the use of our assessment platform.
This will include allocating learners to Learning Support Tutors and helping the Learning Support Team to gather the learner information they need.
Where necessary, you will also liaise with partner colleges, educational establishments and Local Authorities. In addition, we will rely on you to handle enquiries in a professional manner and to make sure that all paperwork is handled in line with data security requirements.
Educated to A level or equivalent, and certainly with good Maths and English GCSE grades, you must have some experience in an administrative role - ideally in an educational environment.
Excellent IT skills are essential, including the ability to manipulate data and handle sensitive information. Add to that your good communication and team skills, and you will quickly make your mark as an indispensable member of our team.
Do you have the qualities and skills we're looking for? Then we can promise you an attractive salary, benefits including a pension and life assurance, ongoing development and a genuinely supportive working environment.
You will ideally live within easy reach of Wrexham.
