The Role

This role reports into the Head of People. It is focused primarily on the administration and management of the Learning Management System and coordination of workshop dates including associated administration.

Alongside this, there will also be elements of designing e-learning solutions for internal staff development, providing ongoing continuing professional development for our employees.

We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference, has a passion for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and loves the impact effective development can have on individuals in the workplace.

You will have a track record of managing Learning Management Systems and delivering e-learning and development solutions to an excellent standard.

You will be someone who thrives on the challenge of achieving operational objectives through the delivery of suitable training and coaching interventions that drive employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Head of People and Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver professional development training to internal t2 group staff

Develop and deliver creative e-learning modules, using innovative ideas and technology to bring the sessions to life

Build and develop business knowledge of t2s apprenticeship sectors (health and social care and leadership) and stay abreast of the latest developments in learning technology

Manage and administer t2 groups internal Learning Management System, coordinating workshop dates and e-learning completion against the Learning and Development Plan

Support the successful on-boarding experience to ensure new starters get a great welcome into the business

Be a credible learning expert for the business

Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of work experience of Learning and Development

Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS preferably Litmos) and eLearning development tools

Experience in evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of learning programmes

Experience in adult health and social care would be a significant advantage

Experience of the apprenticeship sector would be a significant advantage

Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure

Excellent planning and organisation skills

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor your message to the audience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is essential

Additional Information

A laptop and mobile phone will be provided for you.

You must have your own transport, a Broadband connection at home and car insurance covered by business class. All business mileage and expenses are covered by the company.
