Learning and Development Co-ordinator

Gloucester - Home based with occasional travel to our office in Gloucester

£31,258 pro rata

Part time - Up to 30 hours per week with a flexible work pattern

About you and the role…

Bringing your highly organised approach together with your ability to react to changing demands, you will plan and co-ordinate our training and development programmes to help our people to achieve and our teams to meet their objectives.


You will have worked in a Learning and Development team previously which will have given you exposure to the varied training needs within an organisation, which together with your ongoing horizon scanning of external best practice will enable you to guide us through our training delivery plan.


You will be confident to build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to liaise over training arrangements and ensure smooth running of training provided. You will also spot opportunities to develop learning content in-house; either through creation of content on our e-learning package or if necessary, in-person sessions.


We don’t expect you to have done it all before! We’d work with you to grow and develop in the role and those areas that you have had less experience.
