QA Ltd Slough OR London based (Hybrid Working with Occasional Travel)


Are you an experienced Learning & Development / Training Consultant looking for a challenging opportunity within a vibrant team? Are you experienced in learning, development and coaching from design to delivery of bespoke learning initiatives, especially in management & leadership? Great, let’s talk some more…….


Our Role: As Learning & Development Consultant, you will drive the development and lead the delivery of bespoke and innovative learning initiatives, tools and processes that enable our people to develop their skills and careers at QA.


Here's Some Of What’s Involved


Design and implement innovative, formal and informal learning interventions to address newly identified needs that drive high performance e.g., aspiring team leader programme; digital skills development for employees; Managers’ Network; mentoring scheme


Develop and deliver a robust management development programme that support our desire to have an inclusive and performance-led culture


Drive the uptake of internal apprenticeships through signposting and campaigns to maximise drawdown against apprenticeship levy; manage our internal apprenticeships


Own the LMS/L&D module of our systems to improve use, content library, effectiveness of learning and digital learning experience


Curate/signpost learning opportunities leveraging the QA Group’s commercial offering (e.g., learning courses, apprenticeships, Cloud Academy and Circus Street content)


Enhance and manage our mandatory training programme


Measure and report on the effectiveness of key learning programmes, recommending changes when appropriate


Bring Your Experience


Experience of translating business requirements into innovative and effective learning solutions


Successfully delivered blended learning programmes and pathways, designing bespoke learning content


Track record in delivering positive ROI, particularly in management development programmes


Experience of managing mentoring, apprenticeship and/or mandatory training programmes (Desired)


Educated to Bachelor’s degree level – Psychology preferred


Relevant Professional Qualifications E.g. CIPD, Coaching & Psychometrics
