- Executing the L&D strategy with the L&D team, People partners and the wider business. Looking to understand their needs and consult on options and solutions, from conception to how to roll out and embed them
- Design and facilitate team effectiveness, and business skills training solutions to support the delivery of business objectives
- Full cycle programme management, from analysis and procurement or design, through to managing logistics of the rollout. For example, leadership development, manager training, female empowerment, tech up-skilling etc.
- Conducting needs analysis and audience research. Designing and delivering training, development, and performance support solutions that meet organisational and individual needs
- Supplier management including coaches, learning consultants, and external speakers
- Focusing on return on investment, you’ll measure business impact and quality of interventions, gathering data and responding in an agile way to improve the outcomes
- Use the internal learning management system to support learning initiatives, reporting, and our learning experience
- Provide data and insights on L&D initiatives and deliver on L&D strategy by making data-driven decisions
- A hands-on L&D expert - an all-rounder who can create and deliver impactful learning experiences
- Experienced in building, managing and executing impactful Leadership and manager development programs
- Excellent track record of managing programmes and leading project teams and creating game changing blended learning solutions
- Able to bring fresh thinking, thought leadership, and insight into Funding Circle to stretch and embed our strategy, ensuring it evolves in line with the company’s needs
- Experienced in creating and delivering on a roadmap
- A strong project manager with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
- A strong storyteller with the ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise and compelling way to establish trust and credibility across the company
- Able to facilitate existing learning programs and modify to meet business needs including but not limited to; leadership development, manager forums, peer to peer learning, female leadership, awareness months etc.
