Pizza is at the heart of everything we do. Our Back of House (BOH) teams are responsible for making our famous Pizza and Dough balls all over the UK and Ireland.
To ensure our Pizzaiolos, Cleaners and Kitchen Porters have all the skills they need, we’re looking for a L&D Manager – Back of House to focus on developing all of our BOH roles.
This role is responsible for all design and development of BoH team member learning programmes that both drive business performance and fit with our current business strategy.
Working with the L&D Director and L&D Digital Team you’ll partner with the business and our People Business Partners to understand skills gaps, then design, launch and deliver learning interventions to address them, drive business performance and fit our People strategy. You will also lead and facilitate the menu launch training, being the first point of contact for L&D.
What you’ll need:
You’ll bring a high level of knowledge of BoH operations. Naturally curious and able to provide brilliant internal customer service, you will need knowledge of learning methodology and interventions, as well as a strong understanding of the macro environment that defines our decisions within the L&D landscape. You will have a track record in multi-site restaurant operations. A background in L&D would be preferred but not essential.
