Job Description

The role is fast-paced and will require excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the Trust. Reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner (Apprenticeships) the post holder will ensure that the Trust develops its Apprentice workforce, and has robust processes in place to attract, select and train high quality internal and external apprentices for a wide range of Trust roles. You will provide support to the Business Partner for Apprenticeships in the development and implementation of the Apprenticeships strategy.

To actively promote the Trusts apprenticeship programmes through effective engagement, both in-person and virtual.

To educate managers on the benefits of hiring apprentices and the relevant processes involved.

To support in the end-to-end recruitment of externally recruited apprentices

To co-ordinate and participate in events, evenings and promotional activities as required.

To provide outstanding pastoral care to support apprentices and their line managers.

To co-ordinate and participate in events, evenings and promotional activities, as required.

To support the development of an Apprenticeship policy, which sets out the processes required for a whole organisation engagement with the Apprenticeship programme for both internal and external Apprentices.

To maintain high quality complex data on all Apprentices and their progress, and demonstrate key analytical skills when communicating and presenting complex information.

To assist on procurement of high quality training providers to deliver future apprenticeship programmes and manage on-going quality assurance processes in relation to these.
