Job Description
Key Account Manager- £26k - £32k per annum DOE
- Building strong relations with members of the network, ensuring the Academy delivery is prioritised in line with agreed SLA’s.
- Identifying gaps within our network and recruiting high quality LGV training providers to join our supply chain.
- Monitor performance levels of members and take appropriate action were necessary.
- Negotiating successful business outcomes with key stakeholders’/partner providers.
- Ensure contracting and other compliance documents are up to date.
- Encourage members to highlight and capture learner success stories
- Provide progress updates to senior leaders within the business.
- Strong IT Skills
- Functional Skills Level 2 (or above)
- Proven experience within a Key account or contract manger role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- £26k - £32k per annum depending on experience
