Key Account Manager- £26k - £32k per annum DOE

We are The National Logistics Academy, a subsidiary of Mantra Learning. Together with Mantra Learning, we are the UK’s leading Logistics learning and development organisation. We provide support and development to help people and change lives. We work with some of the biggest businesses in the country, including Aldi, Travis Perkins, Dixons Carphone Warehouse, AO and Wincanton (UK’s 3rd largest Logistics Company).

Our organisation works with over 600 Apprentices, supports over 3500 people get back to work and improve their life chances and mental health, and trains over 1000 people to become HGV drivers each year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our team. This position is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week based in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to manage, develop and recruit members for our national supply chain of LGV training providers to support our delivery of Bootcamp, Apprenticeships and Commercially funded programmes.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Building strong relations with members of the network, ensuring the Academy delivery is prioritised in line with agreed SLA’s.
  • Identifying gaps within our network and recruiting high quality LGV training providers to join our supply chain.
  • Monitor performance levels of members and take appropriate action were necessary.
  • Negotiating successful business outcomes with key stakeholders’/partner providers.
  • Ensure contracting and other compliance documents are up to date.
  • Encourage members to highlight and capture learner success stories
  • Provide progress updates to senior leaders within the business.

Essential Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

  • Strong IT Skills
  • Functional Skills Level 2 (or above)
  • Proven experience within a Key account or contract manger role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
