Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Training and Quality Officer to join Digital Services IT Training and Support Team.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic team player to support the rollout and training of clinical systems across the Health Board.

The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated with the ability to motivate and encourage others. They will support and review processes, working with clinical and clerical staff to ensure the systems add value to staff in order to manage patients effectively and safely.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

As a member of the IT Training & Support Team the post holder will deliver formal and informal training of business critical clinical systems and standard desktop software applications to all levels of staff across the organisation.

They will assist in the creating and updating of training material and support documentation, as directed by the IT Training & Support Manager. The post holder will provide user support and administration across all systems and applications supported by Digital Services.
