IT Digital Learning Consultant (Apprenticeship Coach)
- Have an organised approach with the ability to handle a large caseload of learners
- Strong written skills are essential due to the data recording/written feedback element of the role
- Ability to motivate learners as well as work to strict deadlines
- Recent industry experience working in an IT support environment
- Installing, configuring, deploying, managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux clients and ServersWorking knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Office 365Excellent
- Networking and Operating Systems SkillsProficiency in basic
- Hardware setup and configuration
- You will have excellent communication and coaching skills
- You will be self-motivated with a customer centric focus
- Have the ability to diagnose learner needs and adapt to their requirements in a remote environment
- Guide and influence issue resolution
- Attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- Able to manage own time and prioritise appropriately
