Overview
- Delivering EPA in line with the Business Standards – Level 3 Business Administrator, Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Level 3 Customer Service Specialist and Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading
- Are a qualified Assessor
- Carry at least 4 years' occupational competency within Business Administration, Team Leading and Customer Service
- Have experience of producing clear, accurate and concise written reports
- Hold a driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your area
- Are well organised and able to work and share practice with other IEPAs/colleagues
- Have excellent IT, time management and organisational skills and are able to work independently
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
