The successful applicant will be part of a team providing group and 1:1 support to learners in a variety of curriculum areas such as health and social care, public services, foundation learning, etc.

to enable them to overcome barriers to learning and help them to be successful in their programme of study and beyond. This may be support with direct elements of the programme and/or personal care support.
We are seeking applicants who are flexible, supportive and possess a minimum of level 2 English and maths qualifications. A qualification at level 2 in supporting learners would be helpful, but is not essential.
Experience in providing personal care support would also be helpful but not essential, as training would be provided.
