Please note; this will be mostly based at your local South Wales office, with travel around the Wales region when required so please only apply if you are based in South Wales. This role is fixed term for 12 months.
Our Assessors deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at organisations throughout the UK. Utilising your experience, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training and assessment. You will be required to visit organisations locally and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host client.
In this role, you can genuinely change lives through offering learners the support and guidance they need to help them achieve their aspirations.
Have you got what it takes?
You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You should hold a TAQA, A1, or equivalent assessor award. You should also hold a Health and Social Care SVQ Level 3 or higher. Excellent communication skills are essential, both when dealing with our on-site apprentices and the relevant stakeholders they report in to. You must be professional and able to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need lots of energy, enthusiasm with the ability to bring the subject matter to life. You will need to be willing to travel and have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
