- CPD Maintenance: Maintain pedagogical and vocational CPD relevant to the programme.
- Compliance: Ensure all delivery and marked coursework comply with the standards set by the awarding organisation (ILM).
- IQA Collaboration: Work with the lead IQA to ensure minimal referrals for learners’ work, aiming for a benchmark of 5%.
- Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of learners' attendance.
- Retention and Achievement: Ensure a retention and achievement rate of 90%.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the operational lead and quality team to continuously improve the provision.
- Career Support: Support learners throughout the programme to achieve positive career progression outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring all learners are engaged and achieving their learning goals.

- Assessment & Feedback: Set and mark assignments promptly, offering constructive feedback to support learner development.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all coursework and delivery meet ILM and Ofsted standards.
