£31,950 - £41, 395 per annum
Dependent on level of teaching qualification
37 hours per week
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Health & Social Care department within the busy and ever growing Public & Professional Industries (PPI) faculty, which also includes Early Years Education. This newly developed Study Programme Lead position has been designed to work closely with learners and the delivery team to ensure that high quality teaching, learning and assessment is implemented whilst also providing high levels of support and guidance to all.
Applicants must be outstanding teachers, experienced in FE teaching (experience of delivering Level 3 Biology is desirable), enthusiastic, committed, and flexible in their approach to work, whilst being able to function effectively under pressure. This role includes programme coordination in conjunction with the Curriculum Manager to ensure that external policies and procedures are followed, whilst the successful applicant would be expected to develop and implement robust Quality Assurance procedures in line with awarding body and college expectations.
In addition, liaison with parents/careers whilst monitoring and reporting on learner performance and progression is also pivotal in this role.
