Innovation is a key element in working with vocational managers and teams across the multiple provision types (Study Programmes, Adult, Higher Education and Apprenticeships) to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning, assessment, progress and outcomes for our students and apprentices. In parallel, you will continue to focus on streamlining processes to be more efficient and support improved workload.
The Head of TLA is expected to be proactive in promoting College values with all stakeholders. As a manager within NCG all managers are required to promote, uphold, and demonstrate through personal example, the NCG values and behaviours.
