Your role
You will develop and implement a clear remuneration strategy that plays a key role in supporting how we attract, retain and grow talent whilst also leading on the company’s People systems and analytics initiatives, bringing our data to life to enable us to take our service to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing remuneration processes ensuring consistency and talent differentiation
- Ensure our career framework, job families, market data and comparators are managed effectively
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the external market and market trends offered by leading competitors
- Research and develop proposals to enhance remuneration and benefit programmes that promote our D+I
- Project manage the implementation of new reward initiatives
- Accountable for delivering effective communication to build awareness of all our rewards
- Ensure appropriate control, best practice standards and manage benefit governance
Experience/Skills
- Strong Reward background with experience of UK, and ideally some international markets, across many areas of compensation and benefits
- Support in the design aspects of reward strategies
- Confident writing creatively about reward to help promoting EVP and design creative launch and refocus campaigns
- Demonstrable expertise in interpreting complex data, creating powerful visuals and a compelling story to explain the insights clearly and concisely
- Demonstrable success in leading and implementing change programmes
- Proven skills in developing and managing relationships with People teams and senior management and stakeholders
