- Oversee the work to generate, propose and execute options for how we should approach higher education (bachelor's degrees, credits, transcripts, etc.) in the US
- Lead any new application or registration processes to expand our role or powers related to end-of-program awards
- Leverage and adapt regulations, policies and processes for higher education (e.g. BAs) to support our goals
- Recommend and ensure the successful implementation of our strategy around industry certifications, digital credentials and other program awards
- Represent or provide recommendations from Multiverse to relevant policy makers and influencers
- Provide expertise on higher education and Multiverse credential value to influence and support teams across the organization
- Oversee implementation of operational models to maximize apprentice opportunities and apprentice/client desire to enrol on additional Multiverse programs; design and implement models that work at scale
- Design and implement, in collaboration with other teams, end-of-program experiences that reinforce the value of the apprenticeship and the Multiverse award
- Leadership experience - effective management of teams and influence of others, including excellence collaboration and communication skills
- Experience disrupting or improving education systems
- Hustle - experience working in a fast-paced environment, a tendency to roll up your sleeves and continuously iterate, and passion for achieving the seemingly impossible
- Evidence of rapid promotion, expanded responsibilities and/or team growth
- Extreme ownership - you'll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what's needed to surpass your goals
