NOCN is the market leading provider of apprentice End Point Assessments in England, appointed to assess more apprenticeship standards than any other provider. NOCN is Government-registered, and truly independent to ensure robust and accurate assessments of apprentices.
The Freelance End Point Assessor role involves assessing candidates in the final stages of their apprenticeship. For Security First Line Manager, these elements consist of an Observation, Presentation and a Synoptic Assessment Interview.
NOCN will provide full training on our internal quality assurance processes and how to conduct these.
The role requirements are:
-Hold an A1 or CAVA assessing qualification
- Have relevant and current experience within the Security industry within the last years
-CPD log equating to 3 days per year
