The Role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Freelance Adult Care Assessor/Trainer to deliver Level 3 Diploma only to our students. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for teaching and developing their students to achieve their maximum potential. The role will entail seeing students in their place of work, and working with employers and our highly effective support teams to ensure no student is left behind. You will be managing your chosen and agreed caseload accordingly so will have flexibility in how you organise your calendar. A driving license is essential for this role, however, during COVID the majority of work is carried out remotely.

Key Duties:

  • Teach, deliver and assess Adult Care Programme - Level 3 within the workplace environment, over a range of business settings.
  • Follow quality procedures and processes, internal and external funding requirements to ensure the timely progression of learners.
  • Provide, collate and share relevant and updated materials to assist company-wide delivery.
  • Liaise with Sales teams, Head of Department to assess individual learner needs and implement appropriate learner responsive training, whilst developing further opportunities.
  • Deploy a wide range of teaching and learner-centered learning strategies that ensure
  • a) the most effective learning, achievement, and progression
  • b) the most effective use of teaching time and other resources to help learners achieve the required level of assessment.
  • c) a positive impact on our business clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with the learner, their employers, and the delivery team, working in unison to bring about efficient and effective completion of the programme.
  • Complete all necessary documentation as required by the Company and contractual requirements including learner records, registers, and reports.

  • Excellent curriculum knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
