Job Description

NOCN are seeking to recruit EQA's in the Youth Work Practice sector to deliver support and provide a customer centric approach to external quality assurance to NOCN Approved Centres.


Team: Quality Assurance

Location: Mobile

Fees: Casual Worker Fees Apply (In scope of IR35)

Hours: Variable

What will you be doing?

NOCN are looking for experienced professionals to deliver support and provide a customer centric approach to external quality assurance to NOCN Approved Centres in the following sectors:


  • Youth Work Practice


Purpose and Objectives:

As an EQA you will:-

  • Provide support to NOCN approved centres delivering NOCN or OCN NI products and services through assessment, training and testing;
  • Deliver a customer centric approach to quality assurance, moderation and verification as defined by NOCN’s Risk-Based Approach to Centre Monitoring Policy and Procedure;
  • Promote and share good practice in assessment, training and internal quality assurance of NOCN products that standardises the consistency of NOCN product delivery and meets the requirements as detailed by the relevant regulators, sector bodies and schemes; and
  • Identify fraud and malpractice in the delivery of qualifications, EPAs or Accredited/endorsed programmes.
