Who we need
We are looking for someone to work across the LDC / LDM community to ensure we are able to track our learners as they enter gateway with our internal EPA team.
This person will be working with LDCs for issue resolution to ensure learners can pass gateway and enter EPA. In addition, someone who enables us to provide clarity within the EPA process, where learners are held and what actions need to be taken by all stakeholders.
Equally importantly, you will align beautifully with our organizational values, which were defined by our people for our people, clients, learners and partners.
What you’ll do
- To create and maintain an excel based tracker of all learners being submitted into Gateway / EPA and effective reporting of key numbers.
- To respond quickly to issue / priorities and track changes
- To build a holistic view of Gateway / EPA volumes
- To support LDC inbox management

- Good Excel skills
- A good understanding of building and maintaining trackers in a complex and speedy environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues in different teams
- Strong organizational, time-management and administrational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task
- Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative thrives under pressure
- Creative and innovative, considers ideas and ways to support and improve the learner journey
- Demonstrates exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team
