The Director of University Partnerships manages the partnership with several CEG Digital partner universities as the key account manager. Comfortable with engagement at Vice Chancellor and senior leadership level, they provide first-rate service to partner universities as the executive-level relationship manager and primary point of contact. They continuously demonstrate CEG Digital’s value to partners through thoughtful strategy and planning, management, oversight of operational matters and expansion of the online portfolio through new programme acquisition.

Working with senior managers internally across the breadth of CEG Digital, they retain overall responsibility for the success of each partnership from new programme roll-outs to student recruitment and retention, providing both advocacy and representation internally on behalf of their partner universities. With a constant eye on innovation and market trends, the Director of University Partnerships works at the forefront of digital teaching/learning and delivery to ensure the maximum success of their partnerships.

This is an exciting time for CEG - Digital, and we’re expanding at a rapid rate, therefore we are agile in our processes to reflect that. We will shortlist and carry out interviews as we receive applications and we may close the advert early if we find the right person for the role. We look forward to receiving your application, and potentially welcoming you to the team.

  • Develop key strategic priorities for each partner university, which include, among others, removal of barriers to scale and acquisition of new programmes, leading them to closure on a pre-defined timeline

Operational Management & Oversight

  • With a strong focus on student experience, engagement, retention and progression, work with the Director of Academic Delivery and the Director of Student Retention to resolve day-to-day operational and process improvement matters at partner universities

Key Person Specification:

  • Extensive knowledge of how HE sector operates and experience in senior management roles
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify key issues, analyse their implications and develop and implement innovative business solutions.
