Coventry College is on an accelerated programme of improvement and currently recognised as one of the fastest turnaround Colleges in the sector. In order to enable the College to move forward in the next phase of its journey to outstanding, it is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to take on the role of Director of Quality Improvement.
The Director of Quality Improvement will be responsible for driving both quality assurance and quality improvement activities within the organisation, working closely with the Vice Principal Curriculum Innovation, Quality and Performance and will also act as a key support for staff and learners to ensure a culture of high expectation and aspiration.
With a requirement to demonstrate a sound knowledge of quality processes and procedures within the further education sector and the ability to lead on cross college strategies and priorities as directed, the successful candidate is, therefore, likely to be in a quality role with a track record of successful improvements and demonstrable impact.
In addition, one should have excellent organisational and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide clear and concise advice on quality related matters in a credible fashion.
