Salary: £22,847 - £26,235 + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, full time, 37 hours, 52 weeks.

Location: Paignton, Devon

We are looking for a Digital Training, Quality and Innovation Co-ordinator who will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative digital training programmes for all staff. The co-ordinator will work closely with the college's leadership team to identify areas for digital training, assess the needs of staff and design and deliver training programmes that meet those needs. This will include supporting all staff with the use of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, as well as working closely with the Digital Learning Team to promote the use of Moodle, Microsoft Teams Classroom and other educational apps.

In addition to co-ordinating and delivering training sessions, the Digital Training, Quality and Innovation Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the use of educational technology within the college. This will involve working with staff to identify ways that technology can enhance the learning experience for students and to develop strategies for integrating technology into the curriculum to meet the emerging digital needs within employment and/or sector. This will include but not be limited to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR).

The co-ordinator will be expected to stay up to date on the latest developments in educational technology considering a range of internal and external quality indicators and to make recommendations for new technologies that could benefit the college.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, Grade C or above in English and math GCSE (or equivalent), excellent IT skills and will be familiar with a range of educational technologies. They should have excellent communication skills, be forward thinking and be able to work effectively with people of all technical abilities.
